A Very special place to enjoy the summer.
Ocean Beach Club is a member-owned, family-oriented club where many generations have returned each summer for over 100 years. Situated on the shore in the heart of Monmouth County, Ocean Beach Club is approximately 50 miles from New York City. Ocean Beach Club boasts a prime beach-front location on eight acres. The club has two beach levels, a 25 yard pool, 6 har-tru tennis courts, daily full service dining and full bar service. The club also has a basketball court and its large front lawn is ideal for baseball and lacrosse games.
The clubhouse is a classically appointed Victorian summer cottage originally built as a family home in the late 1800’s. The clubhouse offers public rooms for the comfort of its members and eleven air conditioned guest rooms.
The club is open from Memorial Day through Labor Day. A calendar of special events throughout the summer enables members and their guests to take advantage of the perfect location for a summer evening and festive occasions.
Membership is by invitation only and through an existing member.

FUN FACTS:
🍀St. Patrick wasn`t actually Irish! Despite being the patron saint of Ireland, St. Patrick was born in Britain in either Scotland or Wales (accounts tend to vary on that point). His parents, Calpurnius and Conchessa, were both Roman citizens and his mother gave birth to him in 385AD.
🍀St. Patrick actually wore blue, not green. Although everyone is expected to wear green on St. Patrick`s Day, all surviving artworks of St. Patrick show him wearing blue robes. It`s the reason why through the years, flags, sports uniforms and coat-of-arms featured the colour. As time progressed, green as a national colour grew in favour particularly in the 17th century.
🍀More than 100 St. Patrick`s Day parades are held across the United States; New York City and Boston are home to the largest celebrations.
Each year, in New York City, nearly 3 million people line the 1.5-mile parade route to watch the procession, which takes more than five hours.
