Stephen Moir: Executive Chef
Stephen is going on his 9th season at The OBC and has taught the past 21 years at the Perth Amboy Campus of Middlesex County Vocational and Technical Schools. Recently, his program became the first public school and first secondary culinary program in the US to be 3 Star Certified by the Green Restaurant Association. He will be bringing to the Club a more sustainable approach to the food service operation. Chef Moir graduated from the Academy of Culinary Arts, Mays Landing NJ in 1990. Stephen brings experience as Corporate Chef for Deer Park Ravioli as well as 12 years’ experience as Executive Chef for Il Giardino Sul Mare before he began his teaching career.
